Pickard Construction specializes in all aspects of telecommunications-related new construction, repair and maintenance involving both buried and aerial infrastructure . The company was founded in 1979 by Maurice & Donna Pickard of Meaford, Ontario. The company continues to be solely owned and operated by its founders. Since its inception Pickard Construction has grown from two employees in one location to over 150 employees at eight permanent Ontario locations. The head office, major shop facility and main yard are located in Owen Sound, Ontario. Regional offices & yards are situated in Huntsville, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay, London, Chatham and in St. Thomas Ontario. The company has successfully completed major projects as far north as Kapuskasing, as far west as Thunder Bay, as far east as Peterborough, and as far south as Windsor.
