Partners for Planning

Partners for Planning (formerly PLAN Toronto) is a nonprofit social enterprise started by and for families. We provide support and resources to help families create a good life and safe, secure future for their loved one with a disability.For many people with a family member who is vulnerable or requires support, the question 'Who will take care of our loved one when we no longer can?' is real and pressing. Fortunately, the families who founded PLAN explored this question and have discovered solutions to securing the future of their loved ones - and achieving peace of mind today.
