Airik has been a professional personal trainer for over 2 years, Previously working for one of Canada’s largest fitness clubs has gathered experience working with all types of clientele ranging from athletic individuals to rehabilitation/corrective individuals. Airik’s fitness and health passions came from personal experience with weight loss and lifestyle adjustments. It is through those personal challenges that Airik felt that he wanted to help others accomplish there goals in life!
