Spence Excavating

Spence Construction has been operating in the Colac Otway Region since 1973. In July 2001 D and M Spence was acquired by Peter Hinson, Ross Spokes and Glenn McVilly and commenced trading as Spence Building and Joinery P/L. In July 2007 Matt Gibson acquired an equal share of the company and in September 2008 the company began trading as Spence Construction. Spence Construction operates from its factory and offices at 24 Wilson St. Colac, where it directly employs 28 full time employees. Spence Construction specialises in commercial and domestic architectural building with an in house joinery complimenting its high standard product. ver the years of operation Spence Construction has developed a strong reputation as a quality builder which delivers an exceptional product on time and budget throughout the South West of Victoria with a strong focus on the Great Ocean Road.
