At Dev Legal Services we provide paralegal services for the legal disputes related to the Provincial offences and Residential tenancy. We deal with various types of traffic tickets from speeding tickets to stunt driving. For the disputes related to the rental property, we assist tenants to choose and file the proper application with the board and provide representation at the hearing. Also, we represent landlords to collect unpaid rent, unpaid utility bills and damages caused by the tenants. We thrive to resolve issues through mutual agreement between the parties before going for a trial.
