Northern United Place is owned and managed by the N.W.T. Community Services Corporation. We opened our doors on November 7, 1976. We are the largest non-profit housing provider in Yellowknife, NT. We rent 84 bachelor and one bedroom apartments to seniors and people with low income. All tenants pay rent based on 30% of their gross income.
