de Stecher Appraisals Ltd. is proud of our history of success in handling a wide range of commercial and residential real estate appraisals and consulting projects for clients of all types. Based in Saint John, we are among the largest appraisal firms in Atlantic Canada. Our company is a direct successor of the firm Roy de Stecher and Associates Limited, formed by Mr. de Stecher in 1963. It was at this time that Mr. de Stecher undertook a reassessment of the City of Saint John and subsequently acted as appraiser and consultant for the city during its pioneer East and North End Urban Renewal schemes.
