As a full service contracting firm, Sanco first entered the market as a commercial builder specializing in building small to medium restaurants and offices. Since its inception, Sanco has progressed into building 'Custom' and 'Spec' homes from the ground up. With the knowledge of building new homes and commercial units, Sanco Construction also offers clients their services as a renovations company.
