Lifelong entrepreneur Bob Wilson  opened the first Fair Realty office in Victoria, British Columbia in 2002.After many years with a well known brokerage, he realized that there had to be a better business model in the real estate industry. It was then that Bob developed a strong desire and a clear vision to create a brokerage that would make it FAIR for the sales agents to offer flexibility to their clients.
