The Managing Partners of Baltic Properties Group, Jerry Nowee and Will McKay, have been involved in the seniors housing and health care industry for 25 years, both as independent owner-operators and as senior officers of companies involved in the sector. Their past experience includes operating a portfolio of seniors-oriented facilities located across Canada. These developments included supportive housing, assisted living and licensed care facilities. Individual buildings ranged in size from 72 to 190 units.
