Since its establishment in 1995, we at Brost Developments have prided ourselves in showing our customers what a wonderful experience building their custom home can be. Our intention is not to be the biggest builder, but strive to be the best! Through the years, Brost Developments has earned much success with our approach to building personalized homes, offices, and other projects, that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our experience ranges from project management of the all phases of the Chinook Village complex, renovations of numerous professional offices throughout Medicine Hat, and as of July 2016, we are proud to have completed construction on our 179th home. A number of skilled and trained employees have joined our team over the years and are committed to bringing you the highest level of workmanship that we have earned a reputation for.
