Laporte was founded in 2011 by a husband and wife team with a passion for the stone industry. With over 30 years of combined experience, we are well versed in all types of projects and materials. We specialize in custom work in both residential and commercial projects, servicing Calgary and Southern Alberta. Laporte is a Baeumler approved company with an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and is a proud member of the Marble Institute of America (MIA). We are also the recipient of the Best of Houzz 2014 and 2015 awards, as well as the Best of Homestars 2014 award. Our philosophy has always been to stay small and focused, so that each and every client receives our full attention and no client feels like a small part in an assembly line production.
